23 years for anything a 16 year old does (besides homicide) is excessive, in my opinion.

10-15 years would have been more appropriate.

This is my main issue. Going out their way to make sure there is no chance of reform. 20+ years to a 16yr old is pretty much murder imo.

He deserves the sentence,if he kept on this path I'm pretty sure he would end up catching a body of a potential innocent victim,think about it,he was on house arrest already,gave NO fukkS that he was,decided to attain a gun and break into someone's house,and had no problem squeezing the hammer
