"I did it," the boy allegedly said as he was being restrained. "I got my mom's gun last night."

Doesn't sound like something someone would say while being restrained...

Teacher Abigail Zwerner, 25, suffered gunshot wounds to her chest and hand. She needed four surgeries to recover. Zwerner filed a $40 million lawsuit after the shooting.

She alleged that on Sept. 27, 2021, the boy walked behind her while she was sitting, placed his arms around her neck and pulled down, "choking her to the point she could not breathe." A teacher's assistant forcibly removed the boy from the classroom.

Yeah they trying to get this kid out of here instead of helping him.

If this kid could do all this..really how old is a 6 year old..finding it hard to believe this story.

The kid has a rare form of ADHD. That coupled with his mom and dad being violent just exacerbated his issues.

Hopefully he gets the help he needs, and I hope the teacher gets paid the amount she's asking for as well.

They got this 6 year old diagnosed with ADHD and on medication

Mother and father have a history of domestic violence. The father was in jail for beating up the mom and she got the gun to protect herself. Mother and father were still dealing with each other off and on afterwards, to the point of harassing his then current girlfriend and threatening her.

Father currently has a warrant from beating up another girlfriend. So yes, we are talking about two violent people having a baby and here we are.
