and one of the rules is to be drug free...I worked warehouse for 6 years...I've seen over 300 nikkas not get a job because of drug test failure

Weed tests aren't conducted until AFTER a job offer and acceptance.
Weed has absolutely ZERO to do with the job disparity we see by race.
