Me and my homie are allways discussing which producer is better, Alchemist of Madlib.

(Ofcourse I think Alan is the GOAT :myman:)

Now we've decided to both pick the 10 best productions, but I need some help!:damn: This is my list for now:

Prodigy - Stuck to you
Alchemist - Hold you down
Evidence - The Red Carpet
Spitta - Full metal
Nas - Book of Rhymes
Jadakiss - Still Feel Me
Dilated Peoples - Worst come to worst
Prodigy - Keep it Thorough

Which beats should I add?:yeshrug:

Madlib is a special breed and I don't think anyone is as multi talented as he is, he's released SO much music that he's basically legendary at this point.

Al has definitely been influenced by Lib, with the bare foreign loops and minimalist approach. I don't think anyone is making better hip hop ALBUMS than Al at this point. He rarely does one-off beats anymore.

Al has worked with almost every reputable rap artist, where as Lib tends to stay in his circle.

Basically I'm just rambling and can't answer the question :ld:

Yeah you're totally right about Lib influencing Al. I think Russian Roulette is a Lib type of album. Do you have any Al productions in mind that I should add?

It was bugs me that artist's like NaS and Jay don't get at Madlib for beats instead of working with the same old producers over and over again.

Alchemist I loved the way he laced Curren$y's Covert Coup :blessed:

Then you got his work on God's Son, his work with Mobb Deep, Dilated People's, etc.
