Thought I'd share this for people planning on voting. It's a pretty good resource when it comes to your local and state reps, judges, and amendments.

Some of the amendments are purposely worded to obfuscate what they really mean. This site helps interpret them.

What's cannabis?

The holy grail

Who else did you vote for?

Congress, State Rep, and State Senate for my district all had no challengers. All three incumbents are Democrats and I voted for the State Rep (DiZoglio) because I have connections to her.

Ballot Measures
Massachusetts Authorization of Additional Charter Schools and Charter School Expansion, Question 2
A "yes" vote supports this proposal to authorize up to 12 new charter schools or enrollment expansions in existing charter schools by the state Board of Elementary and Secondary Education per year.
A "no" vote opposes this proposal to authorize up to 12 new charter schools or enrollment expansions in existing charter schools, thereby maintaining the current charter school cap.
Massachusetts Authorization of a Second Slots Location, Question 1
A "yes" vote supports this proposal to grant the Massachusetts Gaming Commission the ability to issue an additional slots license.
A "no" vote opposes this proposal, retaining the current law that allows three resort casinos and one slots parlor.
Massachusetts Marijuana Legalization, Question 4
A "yes" vote supports this proposal to legalize marijuana, but regulate it similar to alcoholic beverages.
A "no" vote opposes this proposal to legalize recreational marijuana, keeping only medical marijuana legal.
Massachusetts Minimum Size Requirements for Farm Animal Containment, Question 3
A "yes" vote supports this proposal to prohibit the sale of eggs, veal, or pork of a farm animal confined in spaces that prevent the animal from lying down, standing up, extending its limbs, or turning around.
A "no" vote opposes this proposal.

I voted yes on all 4 measures

My Florida brehs, Vote No on 1. Here's an article basically detailing that the amendment uses deceptive language in order to confuse voters. The energy companies have put over $22M into getting this shyt passed. They want to make it so smaller solar companies cannot come in and compete with FPL, etc.
Insider reveals deceptive strategy behind Florida’s solar amendment
Amendment 1 ‘wolf in sheep’s clothing’
Yup. I voted no on it. It's worded to sound like it's a pro-solar energy measure for individuals, but it's really a blowjob to utility companies.

Perfect example of what I said about amendments being written purposely to confuse and obfuscate.
