The point isn't that she committed a crime (although that's bad), it's that she was an ivy-league graduate and an esteemed PARTNER of a NATIONAL law firm yet she MARRIED an obvious low life male and consequently jeopardized her career and name and is facing jail time. Although they don't do so on this scale, TOO MANY black women (especially those of prominence) actively choose to engage with and MARRY low life men. And, adding salt to the wounds, it'd be women like her who claim there are no good men and blame the majority of black men for their own PISS-POOR decisions in men.

I agree with you 100% but black women have used the media and other platforms for decades to stereotype and deride black men.
It's only so many times someone can hear or read that they hate themselves, are gay, criminals, uneducated, "down low," ect. from their own before they hit back.
