I doubt it. But feel free to prove otherwise. Most drug dealers don't last long enough to make that much money.

I could see drug dealers helping out with their girlfriends' bills or groceries or even some spending cash but them paying for undergraduate tuition, let alone tuition for an ivy league school is almost impossible.
