I'm making add my planned routine and tell me what you think.

It is gonna start as cardio and eating healthy.

Cardiovascular exercise 5 days per week. 45 minutes per day. Elliptical and treadmill.

No weights yet but immature add 2 days per week... full body...chest back legs arms...

I'm making eat

Breakfast - oatmeal, fruit, water

Lunch - grilled chicken breast and veggies and water

Snacks - 90 calorie brownie and 100 calorie snack pack

Dinner - not sure yet


Please help...my shirts are tight. I used to be able to fit them in 2013 and 2014.

I need help

One of the gym experts can give better advice but hey it's good that you're atleast starting. Just gotta remain consistent. What are your current stats? What are your goals? Weight loss? Tone up? Maintain health? Browse thru here. Lots of great info from others. Your diet looks good tho. Way better than mine.

Just eat your maintenance calories and focus on resistance training and maybe cardio 3 times a week

There are free BMR calculators online you should try one and go from there.

That cardio is gonna be tough to keep up

I would cut calories.... try eating like 2200 calories per day and see what happens, u will start to lose weight no problem.
Once I get back into routine...I love cardio.

It really helped with my depression and confidence
