This will be in interesting offseason to say the least.

What are some of our options for GM?
We're interviewing Eliot Wolf and Louis Riddikk this week apparently. GB's success speaks for itself, and Riddikk has been campaigning for the job so it seems like he has a plan. I'd be good with either right now.

GM OPTIONS -
Louis Riddikk (yes, the nikka on ESPN) - what's his track record/philosophy...if he's so special, why he been sitting around on espn instead of in someone's organization?
Jimmy Raye III - still remember that bullshyt offense from jimmy raye, so on GP, i'm saying nah :lupe:
George Paton (Current Minny Asst GM) - no opinion
Eliot Wolf (Asst GM in Green Bay) - no, GB is a pretty :flabbynsick: team who is lucky they have Gawdgers
Brian Gutekunst (Packers director of scouting and Director of Player Personnel) - see above
Chris Ballard (Chiefs Director of Player Personnel) :yes: - this could be a good look, but didn't he curve us already?
Nick Caserio (Patrs Dirctor of Player Personnel) - nah to him as well, beli pulls the strings and has a system damn near anyone can compete in, i don't think their personnel does anything other than what beli tells them

This will be in interesting offseason to say the least.

What are some of our options for GM?

There are the GMs they have scheduled to interview

Nick Caserio, Patriots
Eliot Wolf, Packers
Brian Gutekunst, Packers
Louis Riddikk, ESPN
Jimmy Raye III, Colts
George Paton, Vikings

Here are the GMs they are interested in but don't have anything scheduled

Trent Kirchner, Seahawks
Scott Fitterer, Seahawks
Scott Pioli, Falcons

These are the coaches the 9ers have scheduled for an interview

Josh McDaniels, Patriots
Anthony Lynn, Bills
Kyle Shanahan, Falcons
Vance Joseph, Dolphins
Sean McVay, Washington

These are the coaches they are interested in but don't have anything booked

Tom Cable, Seahawks
Doug Marrone, Bengals

Seems like Mike Smith is looking to get back in the HC seat now too. I was looking at the betting line for the wild card games this week and decided to check out some props for 9ers next head coach and this is hilarious

Sean Mcvay: +250
Josh McDaniels: +200
Vance Joseph: +275
Jon Gruden: +2000:skip:

I think Mcdaniels will end up in LA and overall it'll play out like this

shanahan = denver
mcdaniels = rams
lynn = buffalo
mike smith = chargers
greg roman or matt patricia = jags
and 9ers will get whoever is left which looks like sean or vance:beli:

So like I said the past two annual threads. Get your weed and liquor stashes ready. As long as Paraag has Jed's ear it's gonna be a bad environment for anyone. They should've fired him when it came out that he was leaking info but they just shuffled him around and seemingly gave him more power.

I don't know much about GM options, but if there's a coaching wish list it's:
1. David Shaw (I know it'll never happen)
2. Matt Patricia (ditto....but defensive guys or long time assistants usually do well. I don't want the fresh new offensive college coach)
3. Jim Bob Cooter (how he rebuilt the lion's offense was smart and creative)
4. Bill Musgrave (same as Cooter with the Raiders)
5. Todd Haley (he's a retread but he won in KC with Matt Cassell's corpse playing QB and he probably learned tons since that HC stint)

I don't know if we'd be able to get a guy like Nick Caserio or a Josh McDaniels (we had our chance to get him 2 years ago and we blew it), if I'm not mistaken.

I'm not going to lie, I would love to see Louis Riddikk get the GM job, dude seems genuinely excited about the job and he is a very sharp football mind.

Head Coach - I think we may be able so snag Matt Patricia but Beli holds on to his guys pretty tight, especially if he's probably going to lose McDaniels.

We staying with Kaep or gonna draft one of these Qbs?

I think it's actually best we try to keep Kaep, imo, but it's more likely he's gone, there too many teams that feel like they're a QB away and the draft and free agency are very thin this year.

i really like wolf. picking him away from green bay would be nice but when you're given the title "interim" you're pretty much due for a promotion so i think ted thompson steps down and eliot will take over. he's probably interviewing to force the packers to push ted out to promote him already.
