One of the illest camps to ever do it in rap. So much diversity and so many styles. They fed us well. Even the lesser known acts were not to be slept on. This probably happens annually but we gonna appreciate them again but this time not the main members but the lesser acts.

WITCHDOCTOR
First album is a personal favourite for me. He had a unique sound and the production on his debut was some of Organized Noize finest and you can't sleep on all the posse cuts.

BACKBONE
Debut album had a Classic single and it still rides today. He also drops great feature verses with the crew.

COOL BREEZE
Was talking about the Trap before it was catch and the supposed inventor of the term Dirty South. First single was one of the best Posse cuts in rap. Cre-A-Tine was also ahead of it's time.

"I like Grits... Girls Raised in the South" :banderas:

SLIMM CALHOUN
Young dude in the crew, often hated I enjoy his debut album. Had the fun club joints, ill flows and wordplay.

SLEEPY BROWN
DJ Wally Sparks did a definitive double disc collection on his career some years ago and it is worth checking out.
Wally Sparks Presents Sleepy Brown - Funk Soul Brother - The Definitive Sleepy Brown Collection
He was more than a hook man. A producer with the Noise and also a part of Society of Soul. This man is drenched in soul and funk vibes reminiscent of the past but can also be futuristic.

KILLER MIKE

SOCIETY OF SOUL
As the name suggests they had the soul vibe on lock and a lot of music you could jam with your girl.

JOI
She's got a sultry voice and does vocal backing on some songs. Ex Wifey to Gipp but don't know much else about her

MISTA
A young short-lived R&B group feauring a pre-tranny famous Bobby Valentino and vintage Organize production.

LIL WILL
One of the most slept on underrated members. Known for debut album Better Dayz and the So Icey hook. Only discovered him because of the line "I gave her Lil Will CD and a fukking poster it's like that" :dead: - Big Boi on Da art of Story tellin

FUTURE
Future is blood family to DF and the young homie. Part of the next gen..

BIG RUBE
The voice of the south and poetic contributor to most of the Dungeons best projects. His words delve as deep as his voice and often take your mind on a trip.

Crew Love: Dungeon Family

I go back and listen to Cool Breeze, Society of Oul and Witch Doctor all the time.

Killer Mike is a personal favorite. Sleepy brown might as well be an o official 3rd member of OutKast.

Slim Calhoun should have been a bigger artists. He is very talented. He went hard on Gangsta shyt.

I'd like to hear an artist like Nas on those soulful ONP beats.
