Fatherless Fathers

My pops was out of the picture before I was born
I guess it didn't bother me as much because I didn't know what it was to have a father
But it did make me really sensitive to those who show genuine love to others
Now I have a daughter and son
I can't imagine life without living with them
I've even swallowed my pride a few times just to keep living with them
There's been many times I woulda walked out on the moms if it wasn't for them
Everything I do is for them
Now that I have kids it kinda hurts that my father wasn't there
Like how could u not want your kids
I try my hardest to avoid them having to go thru that
With that said, what scares me is
Since they don't know how it feels to not be wanted,
And they don't understand the hard work I put in
That they're going to think its ok to not have both parents a part of the child's life

if you want them to learn what it's like to grow up without a father, then leave them. then come back in 30 years and ask them if they understand your pain.

If I had more money I would travel around the world and plant my seeds in many women. Maybe send them some money to help raise my kids..and when my kids get older they can try to find me and we'll talk.
