naaaaaaaaaah homie... and maybe we can have some more people weigh in on this....

the same cousin who was in charge of the liquor, is the same one later on, that became a knight.. even the little man and varys both hinted that Ned got the king killed by telling Cersei early.. and that Cersei paid the cousin (with knighting him & fukking him) for making sure his cup stayed full at all times. even this season when she's talking to the grandma of flowers, she says it was expected, as drinking and hunting are rarely a good mix.

maybe they say otherwise in the books... i don't think it would be a spoiler at this point... we can't be SURE.. but i'm damn sure that was the convo that was had at least 5-6 times over the 3 seasons

and yes drago was losing them.. well they wasn't leaving so really, he wasn't.. but i know what you mean

but that day everything was good. they went into the town and sacked it. it came down to raping the women and khaleesi didn't like that. she begged drago to save them... HE DID.. that's when he fukked up. cause that's when his man sliced him... leading to the lady giving advice (which was all lies)

he lets them rape the women, the men are happy, khalessi mad but she had no power at that point, and him and his boy never fight in the first place

oh and in the woods that day was sir "greatest swordsman ever) barristan with the king... so some assassin in the woods wouldn't work... plus when he was flat out murdered, ned would definitely go in on who he thought did it. he couldn't "prove" the accident.. but varys knew

and again........

She instead uses the time to arrange a hunting "accident" for Robert. She provides his squire Lancel, one of her lovers, with fortified strongwine, telling him it is Robert's favorite vintage. Lancel serves it to the king during the hunt, and as the wine is far stronger than Robert expects, he becomes drunk and is fatally injured by a boar. On his deathbed Robert names Eddard Stark regent until his 13-year-old heir Joffrey comes of age, but the morning after Robert's death, Cersei seizes power, denouncing Lord Eddard as a traitor who conspired against King Joffrey. She has Eddard imprisoned and is named Queen Regent, heading Joffrey's small council.[10]

her fukking plan was get him super drunk and hope a boar kills him... which works... but thinking about it, that shyt was lazy

Robert didn't need any help getting drunk....he had been doing that for years on his own volition.

Simply getting him drunk and hoping the a boar took him out would be a sloppy plan imo....leaves too much to chance. I could accept that if she had his squire spike his drink with something stronger, perhaps.

i'll give you the drogo argument but again i think it was because he married an outsider in the first place. But Cersei KNEW what she was doing when it came to Robert, if there was anyone who knew his ways it was her, she knew he liked to hunt Boar, she knew him being drunk would make that dangerous. I agree that Cersei straight murdered him, where i disagree was the fact that it coulda been prevented....dude was doomed the moment Ned started researching them kids.

there's so much going on now, these next few episodes should be :ohlawd:

i hope bran's story starts going somewhere though. dude gets like one scene a week...and it's always basically him just sitting under a tree. not much has happened with him.

i'm most interested to see what happens with all these marriages and the alliance and stuff over in king's landing. tywin's boss as fukk and his plans are going so smooth...but something's gotta give. it can't be this easy.

It wasn't his usual drink I think it was extra strong idk if it was spiked.

It was a sloppy plan she just got lucky.Thats why I don't like when people call ned stupid, it was dumb luck that got him killed.

Fwiw, I think people call Ned stupid for what he did AFTER Robert's death, for the most part.

they get into it a little in book 2. I don't think it's a "spoiler", but I'll put it in tags anyway...

Tyrion is asking Cersei about it, and she basically says she had her cousin keep feeding him the strongest wine
