Basically they are stating that they have a right to listen to and or record all transmission on psn. Also any affiliate can act as an agent therefore also gaining that permission. Which is great cause nobody wants criminals to use psn group chat.
Then they go on to say that you are buying the license to the software and not the software itself and that reselling is ok only with permission by Sony or the Publisher. If they said this in Feb it wouldn't have gone over well LOL.
