This past Sunday I encountered a Google Maps self-driving car in my hometown of Austin, Texas. These Google Maps self-driving cars have been spotted all over the United States lately. I just wanted everyone's input on these Google Maps self-driving cars or if there have been any sights of Google Maps self-driving cars in your city/town. What do you all have to say about this?

Now that would be a dope brehsive idea! I would like to see technologically developed in the near future. We should have thought of this before.

It could be useful for circulator routes and special shuttle routes like you find UT utilizing to move students around...

The gray spinning thing was a sensor for the self-driving car. That's how I know it's a self-driving car. I couldn't find the driver though.

I agree. It would save CapMetro a lot of trouble by having to send three buses on one circulator CapMetro bus route but now only one CapMetro bus on a CapMetro bus route. We all ready have too many slow-like-molasses buses taking 2 hours or more just to travel around the Austin metropolitan area. That right there is just nuts.
