I think this is something like that law they just passed allowing ISPs to sell your browsing history. It's a cover for another fukkup, maybe Google got busted so they had to make it legal. Hmm...
But same vein I think this might be a cover story since they just leaked that the Russians might have been coordinating their voter targeting Republican officials. Leak the docs and now there's an excuse for that info being out in the wild.
