Havoc is not better than P, but he's criminally underrated.
I was thinking about this a couple months ago. Havoc is a real rapper's rapper. On paper his lyrics are top tier, his structure and flow as well, he just lacks a bit of mic presence to bring it all together.
He blacked the fukk out on this joint. Best verse on the song. Any other emcee with a little more charisma and this would be talked about as one of the top verses of that era.
