My gym recently got a punching bag. I give it a go from time to time and definitely feel the burn but I want to practice with some sort of technique.

Watched a Cris Cyborg clip (she's a beast) and the shyt inspired me!

Can anyone shoot me a recommended YouTube clip (for beginners) in order for me to improve over time?
