How long can you go without listening to Hip Hop and Rap music?

My rap heads on here know exactly of the addiction to dope rhymes and majestic beats that are like ear candy.

My daily percentage intake of music goes as follows:

80% rap
5% r&b
5% alternative
10% hard rock\metal

But then those turn around days when all you wanna hear is some drugged out white dude scream his lungs out, drum smashing, and electric guitar riffs come into play and that's when a nikka is blasting that Nirvana, Linkin Park, Alice In Chains , and whatever else I can find on my phone.

Not sure if I'm the only nikka that listens to rock music but I'm sure I'm not.

Anyone ever go without rap for a bit? If so, how long have ya ear drums lasted?

sometimes i get in a reggae mood and ill bump a lot of 70s reggae for a bit but i need that hiphop everyday. at least a few songs

some days i mix it up and want a little variety in genres but i never go a day without it completely.
