CASH MONEY is not a TRUE INDEPENDENT...they are an imprint subsidary of UNIVERSAL till the contractual obligations are filled

they can't do something like that which would deprive UNIVERSAL of it's intellectual properties

that's what fueled the DRAKE vs. SYLVIA RHONE beef...

he thought that being on Cash Money alone justified him into not having to answer to SYLVIA RHONE

which he found out was wrong....UNIVERSAL IS CALLED PARENT COMPANY FOR A REASON....

if the PARENT COMPANY doesn't see any value on something they wont greenlight it

and apparently they dont see any future intrest in WAYNE to be worth investing in

I was at first but after a while, it jus seems that Wayne just wasnt too smart on the business side ever and dug his own hole and fell off musically as time went on..

So the question that never been answered.... What is OWED? and HOW? and would it be a good investment?
