Amazing workout today!!!!

I really pushed myself on every set & every rep.
Entire gym was starring...

I pushed myself mann... I mean went to failure on every set

How many of yall go all the way on every or at least 80% of the time..
I mean all the way to failure always

Today was epic..
Cant wait until next training day...
Saturday is chest n back
Im gonna kill it..

Being killing it since i lessened that siz

Train hard & rest hard breh...

Its better to go all the way all the time but more rest days then not all the way all the time & less rest days...

Like deload once a month if u want

You have to lift to failure if you really trying to get gains. Got to push your body to the limit to keep leveling up.
