explanation: Bootleg albums used to be sold on the street before the actual album would be out in retail...hence jay couldn't wait to get the real album so he got the bootleg...and he's giving props on how "so ahead" (rhyme wise) the album was and also saying it was "so ahead" as in the bootleg coming out in the streets(date-wise) before the album being sold in retail.
