I apologize, I was previously talking down on squatting but that's because I can't. My knee hurts real bad whenever I try. Please help. :mjcry:

What's that breh? You talking about using the machine? I really want to go free weight I don't feel like I'm getting the pump that I desire without it.
But if you hurting yourself use the machine and build up your strength

The thing is I was previously was knocking out 3 plates on each side. Can't even do 1 plate now without feeling pain in the right knee. I guess I'll try this out in the mean time. :salute:

If your knee hurts then work on your hamstrings. I recommend glute ham raises, Romanian deadlift, and dumbbell (or kettlebell) swings. Strong hamstrings keep your knees stable
