If you are not using Pro Tools, are you essentially wasting your time?

you mix and master on pro-tool and get your idea through your main daw

i use ableton but i'm gonna stop mixing on it because it becomes a pain

learn how to mix properly before switching daws. I use to be a engineer part time started on a acid , went to cool edit, cube base, then protools spent the most time using pt at 3 years or so. Had to mix down a track for a friend a few months back on abelton the hardest part was finding what menu things where under once I got that done it was easy street. Just master the craft first then. Only thing that sucks is not knowing the shortcuts when switching daws. But that's where google comes in
