Give "working man" gimmicks to several guys, mostly bigger/fatter guys so wrestling fans can connect. Like have someone dress up as a garbageman, "The Garbage Man", a builder, "The Builder", "The Miner", "The Warehouse Worker", etc etc, with their outfits being their job uniform. 5-6 bigger guys like Rowan/Harper etc etc who's gimmicks are blue collar jobs, fans could connect with "The Work Force"
