Why not just franchise tag for 2yrs at 20+ mil guaranteed and then hit the open market. Imagine Andrew Luck on the open market

rookie is deal is what, 4 years ? sometimes its hard to tell whether or not you are elite in that time, especially if you sit out the first year.
also, guaranteed money is a thing in a sport where a big injury can fukk you up.
