HmmI thought it was because Iggy's friend spit on him? And he was saying ''maybe you have AIDS, maybe you got ebola?'' to mean that spitting on him was assault because he could have caught some nasty disease from her? Anyway, I'll trust your ears on this
After another couple of listenings I stand by what I heard but I believe you are right in what he was trying to imply. Sort of like he was trying to say: "Oh you assaulted me by spitting so...I have aids! I have aids now [and] maybe I got ebola!" which makes him equally trashy in my eyes.
