It’s weak, and shows there’s no competitive spirit in any of them. No true fan of Kobe would ever co-sign something like that
. One aging superstar who can’t make free throws, one beta who’s hurt literally once a month and a guy who only wants to play 50 games a year that needed two catastrophic injuries on the opposing to team to back into a title

I can see it now:

No, we killed KD for being up 3-1 against the Warriors, choking/losing, and then running off to join them. That’s much different than Kawhi demanding to be traded to the Lakers a year before, gets traded to the Raptors, does the unthinkable and wins them a title, and still goes to the Lakers anyways cuz fukk Pop.
The Lakers weren’t 73-9 last year, so the KD comparison doesn’t stick at all. Not even close to the same. Kawhi is actually from SoCal so he has home and family as incentive, the Lakers are plugged in with New Balance through AEG so his bag will be Santa status, he’s taking the team from a declining LeBron to share with AD, there’s literally nothing weak about the move other than yalls reaction to it.
Oh, and Kobe fans are Laker fans and have loved Kawhi for years so it’s bipartisan support from all side of the Laker stan aisle. Cry about it when it goes down breh, it makes our stanbase smile.
