3 major reasons, and he is the ONLY candidate on either side that can say this.

His campaign is frugal ($25MM), put up his own money and has spent far less than the others like Bush who spent something like $190MM and is already out of the race. Good indicator how he would spend in the White House.

He takes no $ from special interests, and therefore is beholden to NO ONE. No other candidate can claim that, and they are comprised and bribed.

The establishment hates him, both fox and cnn despise him. This is the biggest reason folks need to pay attention. All the a$$holes that have been destroying the country for decades are scared shytless of him. This is the main reason he needs to be elected.

The establishment wants anyone BUT Trump. They don't care if it's a repub or dem, just as long as it's not trump. That alone should be evidence enough that he's the one you should pick.

I respectfully disagree with almost all of this. But I do respect your opinion.

1) You say his campaign is frugal in comparison to Jeb Bush. That's fair, however that shouldn't be used as a threshold to determine how he's going to run the country. I would think his personal bankruptcies ( 4 times I believe), are a bigger indicator of how he would run the White House.

2) You say he takes no money from special interest. I believe if he becomes the republican nominee, that will change radically. There's no way Donald Trump is beating a billion dollar democratic machine on his own. Even President Obama, who has way more charisma ( My personal opinion), needed to use 700 million dollars to beat Mitt Romney.

3) The establishment Hates Bernie Sanders as well. It's not really that hard to be hated by the elites in this country.

Respect your view just disagree with it.

Except no. No it isn't. His campaign can afford to be "frugal" because he had national name recognition before he ever entered the race and because the media gives him free publicity 24/7. Manipulating the media is NOT a good indicator of the substantive policies he would support.

Right. Because he's a billionaire who gives loans to his campaign, on the condition that he can recoup the money from the campaign itself.

I think candidates should be beholden to the constituencies that support them, within reason.

I think you should balance out your perspective on who most dislikes Trump with who most favors Trump. And who is that?

Thanks for your rational response.

1) bankruptcy is a lot of smoke and mirrors. As a venture capitalist you are going to have failures and the only way to protect your assets is to file BK. I think his campaign is indicative how he would spend.

2) maybe he will take $ if he is the nominee, but he hasn't yet and has used his own so far. He puts his $ where his mouth is more than anyone.

3) Bernie is still 100x more acceptable to the establishment than trump. He's a socialist and that's what they want.
