There's a lot of good, if not high quality mixed, unreleased Death Row stuff out there. Some of it did actually get released by WIDEAWAKE/Death Row in the early 2010s but a lot of people missed that. There's also a bunch of fraudulent and fake bullshyt. For example, there was never a group called Da b*stardz on Death Row, even though there's a white label floating around. That's actually a totally unrelated mid 90s East Coast group with a different name. There's a 2nd II None joint called "The shyt" that has a Death Row logo on it even though they were never on the label, the songs weren't recorded for Death Row and it wasn't released by them. Gotta really doublecheck sources...

Speaking of rare Death Row stuff, it's sort of amazing the sheer audacity of them releasing a Snoop soundalike spittin' a celebratory subliminal about Biggie being gunned down. I'm not sure if this was officially released or not. Discogs seems to indicate that it was, but I don't remember it at the time.

@Dead End I thought the Goin Back 2 Cali track was on a retail release too, turns out it was set for a release in 99 on Suge Knight Represents: Chronic 2000. but it was cut for some reason

Ive posted it a few pages back in the unreleased inside out compilation which eventually became Suge Knight Represents: Chronic 2000 though if you're looking for the track

Shawn "Barney" Thomas - 01/21/95 Master

Completed, sequenced and mastered in 1994 this album, had it been released, would have been Death Row’s official kick off into the RnB genre. Overseen by Dr. Dre the album was for one reason or another, left unreleased in the vaults.
