Ask what the company's goals are. Makes you seem invested in their success. Then when they ask why should they hire you just tell them that you will get them to those goals they just told you about 5 minutes earlier.

Make sure you are loose tho.
It's okay to have personality. Don't go in. There too serious. Be confident, eye contact, firm shakes, be sure to make yourself seem comfortable but also not slouchy or not about your business.
Do research for company goals and mission and be sure to ask strong questions.
