Some people just can't shoot 
No matter how much works he puts into it won't ever happen. This the NBA tho and not high school, you can be a bum shooter but as long as you good at something you'll be on a team.

A PG that played heavy minutes for 9 years that cant shoot is not good lol.
LeBron James wasn't a good shooter his rookie year not he is pretty decent.
Jason Kidd used to suck at shooting the ball but now he is top five and three pointers made.

Part of the reason he struggles is his hands. They're gigantic. There's plenty of people with huge hands that can shoot well (Kawhi Leonard) but I notice a lot of players with huge hands just can't shoot for shyt, either from the field or at the line.
Mechanics are fukked as well.
CP0's last 12 games: 55% shooting, 19 ppg, 10 apg, 46% 3-pt shooting. When has Rondo EVER had a stretch like that?I am,are you?
