Big made a calculated choice not to make diss record on a mixtape but he was going to release it on his album. Lil Kim dissed Pac while he was alive and Big made her change her verse. Big was working on "Life After Death" all throughout the beef so he was going to retaliate but with Pac dying what would been the point of a diss record. Mobb and CNN were working on records at the time too. This myth that everyone was "Scared" is B.S. Big again made a personal choice not to make a diss record until his album dropped.
