ignorance is bliss... not everyone wants to progress.... some would prefer to stay in the cave..... setting us back decades sounds good to some.....
and then you have this tiny vocal segment of some minority communities who would have you believe that things are worse for us today than it was back then so trump "setting us back" is a good thing.
