I've never used Casein protein. Is it as good as everyone claims?

I want to start drinking a protein shake of Casein before bed every day. Has anyone here got results doing that?

I tried it before but honestly for me I dont need it as I didn't realise notice a difference. I guess if you want that added protein and slow release then go for it but for me I find that Whey is enough for me. I no longer mess with Casein etc
