Whether it did or it didn't, it's still pretty true. Sadly we don't understand the importance of ethno aggregation.

There's this black lady who owns a dollar store by my crib. She's the only dollar store i go to. Dude who does my landscaping is black and now that I've closed on my house, I'm gonna put my money in a black bank. More of us need to do it, but most of us don't.
