All this talk about Kobe's teammates hate him and how he's a jerk bla bla bla but let's look at where some of his teammates are now

1) Lamar Odom, had his best years with Kobe, won 2 championships, became a celebrity and now he's somewhere in a motel doing lines with no job. He went into depression shortly after leaving the Lakers and got divorced. If he was still a Laker, Kobe would have saved his marriage.

2) Andrew Bynum: Kobe shytted on him on camera PURPOSELY to motivate him and be the all star that he was. He went from being an overweight oaf to being the best C in the league and Bynum admitted Kobe's words made him work harder in the gym. Where is he now: He's about to get cut from the Cleveland Cavaliers for disrupting team chemistry and no one knows if he will ever play in the NBA again. Shortly after leaving the Lakers, he went through an identity crisis with his hair and hasn't been the same.

3) Sasha Vujacic: Went from being a two time champion and hitting the most crucial free throws in Lakers history and bagging a dime like Maria Sharapova to getting traded to the Nets, Sharapova broke up with him and now he's nowhere to be seen.

4) Adam Morrison: Went from being a bust to being a bust with two championships and appearing on Jimmy Kimmel. Where is he now? No one knows. No reports of him even being alive.

5) Jordan Farmar: He got drafted as Laker, played well in his first stint here, won two championships and left the Lakers because he said he wanted more freedom. He got cut from the New Jersey Nets, went to some turkish team for a few years and called Mitch Kupchak and asked to buy out his contract so he can play for the minimum for the Lakers. He knew first hand life without Kobe is miserable.

6) Pau Gasol: He was ran out of Memphis, considered a loser who never won a playoff game and he comes to the Lakers and wins two rings. Some idiots here believe he was the best player on the championship teams.

7) Luke Walton: Had a career year with Kobe Bryant as his teammate. Was actually the 3rd best player on the team at one point, got a 6 year 30 million dollar contract and what happened next? Did he get another contract? Nope. Shortly after his contract expired, he announced his retirement. What is he doing now you ask? He works on TWC for the Lakers. Even after retirement, life is better with Kobe in your life.

These are just a few of the many cases of Kobe being the GOAT teammate. These are players from the 2010 championship team. Not even 4 years ago!

Can we stop calling Kobe a bad teammate.

Smush Parker is another perfect example. Had a decent career starting for the Lakers. Left the Lakers for Miami got cut, then joined the Clippers and got cut yet again at age 26. When a player is suppose to be in his prime.

He should thank Kobe for making him look like a somewhat decent player.

okay...now lets hear from the mouths of said players

"I used it like it was the Bible," Ariza said.

What we were talking about was the shooting-practice program given to Ariza entering the summer before this season by one Kobe Bryant.

The meaning of the gesture to Ariza – and its net effect in transforming his jump shot and thus this Lakers championship team – make it the quintessence of the latter-day Bryant as a teammate.

"It's special for me, because him being the type of person he is, he didn't have to embrace me the way he did. He could have just helped me a little bit and then kept it an on-court relationship. But it went off the court and we built it into a friendship. I'm grateful for that, also."

Kwame too. Had his best years as a Laker, was literally his last chance to prove he wasn't a worthless bum and proved that even though he was limited, he was serviceable. Got traded and no one cared for him.
