If this is in the wrong section I apologize in advance, but on to the question....
See, here is the situation. Someone (NOT ME) caught two DUI's within two weeks of each other (This was in GA, he now lives in FL). He served his little time for them both, and did his little classes for the 1st, now he is waiting for the verdict on the second. The date for the court case for the 2nd came and went like 3 weeks ago, but the person in question STILL has not heard anything from his attorney(which I find VERY VERY ODD; you would think he would of let him know the verdict the day of). I'm not much for the system, so I really ain't 100% sure of how it works, so I ask those whom could help me out here: What the HELL could be going on?
