Are you really going to believe the media which is going out of their way to protect a white male who ran over a black child? People should have learned from the Trayvon Martin, Jordan Davis, Renisha McBride stories when it comes to the biased reporting of the story.

breh, this didnt just happen today. The child running into the street has been confirmed by every local paper, radio show, and local news.

And on top of that, i got fam that stay right at Cadieux and Morang. I asked them what happened and everybody in the hood confirms the story.

He found a job...My father worked at GM- He didn't murder or rob...I didn't grow up wealthy- I don't murder or rob. Look at the headlines in every major city in America...What do you see? Who is killing who? There are MORE social programs today than ever before, there are more job training programs than ever before, there is more $$ aid than ever before...but what has this group done with it?--yep, cried for more.

Again, if the black kid died Detroit would have burned, Jesse, Al, Eric Holder and even Osama Obama and Michelle would be there...selling t shirts at the vigil

It's fukked up they beat him silly but that shyt happens over there. I'm on that block all the time, the Coney Island I go to is on that corner. I've seen that shyt happen twice on McKinney, somebody hit a kid on that street and get snatched out the car. One time they chased a car made them crash into a tree and beat the hell outta them.


Not tryin to blame the kid but them lil b*stards just dart out in the street all the Fukkin time.

The kid running in the street isn't really the point that's being questioned. The details afterwards are what raise an eyebrow. And based on the racial climate of this country over the last few years, I'll always be skeptical of the reporting for these stories.

Thats the problem with the internet....people are always looking for "fault", and "to blame", so they can feel so great about their own value and self importance. This was just an unfortunate chain of events that spiraled out of control because human beings can be human sometimes. The kid was being a kid...the adult who hit him may or may not have been practicing perfectly careful, defensive driving in a residential neighborhood with kids around. The family overreacted to their young family member being struck with a car. These things happen....luckily there was a brave woman who stepped in and did whats right. Jeez, whenever race is introduced people just lose their minds

the news is biased in general though, this story is accurate but hard to believe/seems doctored up because most of the time the news is on that BS, and probably will be back on that profiling next story.

The driver was in his 50s which definitely plays a factor in his reaction time.
