Yeah, the hate crime part is tough. As eastside said, mob mentality is normal here. I've seen kids in the high school I work at get jumped all the time. One does it then everybody stomping niguhs out. But on the other hand, I can't fully put it out of my mind that they saw a weak white person and beat him up because of that. This doesn't justify hitting children in the street. If the children won't move it's still incumbent on the driver not to run them over. Your argument holds no validity.

Insinuating racism with proof is biasing a case and inputting ideas into people's minds which hold no justification. This is no more a tragedy than the violence which happens all over the country and isn't widely reported because the victim isn't white. Why aren't those acts of violence tragic as well? Again, I don't have a problem with you saying race shouldn't be brought in it. But a man being into a coma is a tragedy and shouldn't happen. It's a coward act and a woman had to stop it. A woman.

I responded to the thread bro. I said the same thing about Jordan Davis, Trayvon, etc. How do you know what I said about other tragedies? Have we ever talked before this? the driver isn't at fault at all. When a child runs into the street unfortunately it isn't the driver's fault and they usually never get charged. Like when john gotti's kid got killed, he didn't get jail and ended up disappearing. The people who beat dude are savage and don't belong in society.
