I ate twice at a Brazilian steakhouse in San Antonio and Chicago named Fogo de Chao. Waiters would bring the different types of meats as pictured above and fill my plate with it. And before I was even done the waiters would be hawking me angling to bless me with even more succulent pieces of meats....pause:ahh:

I dropped between 150 and 250 each time with some friends. And funny enough, one of the girls in the San An group was vegan - she was completely grossed out lol. Can't wait to eat there again when I'm in town. Fogo de Chao, check it out.

I've gained a serious appreciation for Polish food recently. Pierogies + borscht and a good beer is a seriously underrated meal.

Eastern euro food isnt particularly complex or interesting, but it is very very hearty.My best friend from back home is Bosnian, and his mom makes us Cevapi with yogurt sauce (think kebabs)
