u strong as fuk,

but def using too much back on ur lifts. ur back is strog enuf to maintain so props, but u should def try to use more legs/hammys on the lift to prevent injury.

5 plates is solid as fuk tho, props regardless.

wid high weight like that, form is bound to turn bad at some point, esp maxing.

word i'll try and perfect my technique, wasn't used to bar. it has one of those weird rough grips that scraps your calluses off

Yep that hunching over at the starting is stealing velocity/ power from your lockout. I have that same nasty habit at times due to being tall. When I notice I'm doing it a lot I force myself to do rack pulls for a few weeks and lower the pins each week until I'm pulling from the floor and looking the same way all the way thru the lift.

That's some impressive ass strength to more or less brute force 5 plates off the floor breh :obama:

I thought for deadlifts your hamstrings should be parallel with the ground? Basically like your sitting?

Did I have it wrong all this time?

no you are correct my form is just really fukking shytty, i need to work on it.
