It seems the call up formula is; Two years in NXT, Rumble appearance, Main roster

I didn't realize how long Trick been in NXT...might be called up, also, sometime this year

Heatwave gonna be crazy because it's gonna have Stand & Deliver energy because the live crowd gonna include a lot of Smackdown/RAW crowd that week in Canada

I think a couple more callups...including Trick in July/Aug

Yeah Trick was used as a security guy as far back as early 2021 from what I recall before 2.0 took over.
