Yeah. Got 4.2.1 on this s3. Like I mentioned before , you don't need a aosp phone to get the latest updates.

The 8GB is sold out.....but even though the 16GB is not sold out, it still says ships in 5-6 weeks.

I want a N4 so bad... but I'm just gonna wait until they can send these out in a timely fashion. 5 to 6 weeks for shipping is unacceptable
