1. Black americans should have that opportunity available to them because they're CITIZENS which entitles them to fair wages (at least Min Wage) and legal protections of safety and benefits.

2. Illegal immigrants don't get any of those legal protections and they siphon off legitimate work from people who are already economically marginalized and disenfranchised.
