You could try one of those creams, but make sure not to scratch/pick at them. They'll go away in a week or so.

Store bought, Tend Skin worked decent.

But I've made skin toners that work better and are good for overall skin treatment.

-apple cider vinegar & water, a little raw honey & a few drops of essential oil (lavender, peppermint, tea tree, rosemary & others are all good for the skin)
-lemon juice & water & a little raw honey
-Water & bakin' soda
-Non-alcoholic witch hazel & somethin' I forget at the moment. Maybe rose water.

I don't recall exact recipes off hand. Do a google search. And recognize that some are better for dry, oily or normal skin. And moisturize after.

Tea Tree oil breh and Queen Helene mud clay. Use the clay first let it stay on for 10-15 mins, rinse that off and then use the tree tea oil and let it dry on your skin. Do this before you go to sleep. Bumps will minimize over time.

When you are shaving make sure to
- brush the shyt outta your beard
- use a warm/hot rag and place it over for 5 mins to open them pores
- use a shave oil and cream
- take your time and use a solid razor
