Dem "superior" exclusives

Name a launch title not called Halo Combat Evolved or Super Mario 64 released in the last 17 years that's still very relevant today. Launch titles are the popcorn movies of video games.
I'll maybe give you Soul Caliber and Power Stone but the rest of those games are either milked franchises or nothing close to system sellers. none of those games get brought up when debating classic gaming titles. mentioning them next to Halo and Mario 64 is insulting.COD
PGR
Ridge Racer
Soul caliber
Power stone
Midnight club
SSX
And that's just off the top of my head.
It's really just the ps3 and the wii u that make console launches look bad. Looks like the ps4 is adding to that.

i think you should face the fact that launch titles are just the shyt we settle for because we don't have shyt else.
Hes right that those arent system sellers thoughWhat?
COD will always be mentioned as one of the greatest franchises
And PGR is always mentioned as one of the best racers
The rest of the games on list are definitely better than the launch titles for wii u and ps4
I think you should face the fact that since the ps2 playstation launch titles is just the shyt you settle for because you have nothing else.
don't act like people weren't playing Perfect Dark Zero back when the 360 came out. this isn't a Playstation thing its a symptom of early software in general. Call of Duty 2 was alright but Call of Duty didn't become what it became until Modern Warfare. New Super Mario Bros U is better than everything you listed. What?

i'm still saying the last launch title that was a pure system seller was Halo Combat Evolved.

when was the last time you went back and played or even wanted to play Call of Duty 2? some of these games belong to series where the title launched and sold ok and got a sequel or two and 2 or so sequels later became a stronger series and now you're trying to retroactively lump the original title into the brand strength something like Dub Edition or Modern Warfare created just because the far more forgettable launch title is in the same series.I'm not saying all launch games are great. I'm saying launch games are not "shyt" and each console other than the wii u and ps3/4 has launched with at least one classic system selling game.
