I don’t think that works. I’ve taken prenatal before and didn’t notice a change in growth. I did notice a change when I was pregnant.

Nope, idt prenatal pills will do much aside from providing extra minerals and vitamins for two. It's the larger amounts of hormones that causes the hair to grow, but usually three months after you give birth the large amounts of hormones you received during pregnancy go down by a good amount and you can lose a lot of hair like this. (I'm not telling this to you specifically, I just happened to notice your post)

My friend once sent me a link to his instagram, but something about him never sat well with me so I didn't bother with him (listen to y'all's gut). I'm not one to believe you can grow your hair in a short amount of time. You either have to have extremely great genetics or you're lying and adding pieces to it. I stopped listening to natural hair "gurus" since they can only tell you so much and usually end up regurgitating the same stuff. Even if they've found their holy grail products or techniques, there's no guarantee that they'll work for you.

I find him to be kind of weird looking tbh, he has a nice complexion and skintone, but he does nothing for me.

I’m expericing the hair loss now, one of my good friend experienced this too and we both have long strong hair. Mine isn’t noticeable but I dunno if it’s because I have thick hair but It globs of hair that comes out just from combing and even straightening.

It's possible that's the case, but yea a lot of hair comes out. You kinda have to baby it.

Yes...this is facts. My hair grew ALOT during pregnancy. But after, it felt like the texture changed for a little while and I had to keep it moisturized all the time, felt dry....required more maintenance. It took awhile before it felt back to normal and had growth again.
