Let me state that this has nothing to do with her looks before weirdos come in acting like that is the reason she is falling flat in s2 imo. Yeah the casting is terrible but its not changing so I'm not concerned with that any more.

yeah, you’re 100% correct with the writing in this HBO adaptation

It’s kind of ridiculous because since Ellie and Dina decided to get revenge for Joel , like every scenario/decision needed to be made - Dina comes up with the best solution or takes the lead … which is puzzling because the assumption of her is that she was either born and raised or live the majority of her life in Jackson …. While on the other hand, Ellie spent damn near a whole year, traveling across the country being taught by Joel how to survive runners, stalkers, clickers, bloators, raiders, other militia groups, FEDRA etc. etc.

I mean, the writing has become comical
just the last episode where her and Dina are on a horse and they come to a location where they see a bunch of dead bodies with FEDRA uniforms on she hops off the horse jumps on the tank, lift the door and it slams creating a whole bunch of noise which we all know can be the worst thing to do in a post apocalypse world which can create anyone to attack & gives a facial expression like Urkel

yeah, they was in love with each other so much
that while Ellie was in the hospital for 3 months
Dina was having unprotected sex with Jesse and now is pregnant
