Idc they offed him as they wanted all the focus on Ellie and her adventures. The 2nd game is dope af tho. Savage and relentless. Horror behind every corner mainly from the non-infected. I just don't care to play it again but at least you can just play the encounters tho.
The show is watchable but the total whiff when it came to casting eliie is unfortunately keeping this from being an all timer.

That cage scene was probably Dina's dumbest moment. She emptied the clip for nothing when she couldve just got close and put one in their head. Weird having her panic like that when the just showed her being ice cold and giving out headshots in the subway. She was in way more danger in the subway scene too.
I know this wasn't directed at me, but I've noticed I've been complaining about this show heavy in my last few posts in the thread. I don't hate this show. I think it's average-to-good. I'm just disappointed because it SHOULD be better.

I actually think the set/scenery of this post apocalypse world is pretty outstanding. My main issue is the horrible writing and some of the weak actors within the series.
Even if they cranked up a decades old stove, and turned on a faucet with clean water and a conveniently placed bottle of dish soap, to wash pristine pots and pans, and cooked a healthy ass breakfast, I would have applauded them!
