For the record, Seattle doesn't really get thunderstorms. I've lived here for 16 years and seen like < 10 lightning and thunder storms ever. Just tons of rain when we get storms.

This is true. Lived there for almost 2 years and there was not 1 thunderstorm.

So many things felt rushed once they got to Seattle.

Is budget the justification for a 7 eps season? Cuz they condensed way too much into 7episodes.

I assume it’s the Zaslav effect. He killed off a lot of stuff just by being cheap af.

Van basically called this the worst episode of tv he has ever watched. Said Bella one of the most unlikable and unrelatable characters he can think of recently.

This "finale" made me decide to look up what happens in the rest of the game because I'm not waiting 2 more years to find out.

these types of waves in Elliot bay I'm not trying to go all "WeLL aKsHuaLLy" but That body of water is literally in front of me as I type this...i'm looking at the ferris wheel lmao... and the level of earthquake to cause waves like that would destroy this entire side of the planet. you don't even get that if you were to take a paddle board from Seattle to Kirkland or Bellevue on Lake Washington

I remember the first season being the record highest budget for an HBO show, higher than GOT..

This season only did more..

To be fair playing it hits harder than reading it.
Primarily because the game does a better job of keeping you invested than s2 of the show did

Is that right? Because she's caught bodies and survived several attacks in Seattle already including a million zombies surrounding them at the public transit station. Sounds like you want additional plot armor. I don't think that would work.

Stop playing dumb. The complaints were if they were going to have her physically manhandling trained soldiers. No one is complaining if she sneaks up on and kills people with weapons.

Or just make her look competent in situations dealing with it. Honestly felt Dina was more equipped for this than ellie.
